Beata has more than 20 years of professional experience in communications, spanning in-house and agency environments across marketing communications, public affairs, and corporate communications functions.
 
A strong communicator and collaborative leader, Beata specialises in leading holistic communication campaigns. She has a sound understanding of stakeholder dynamics and supports organisations in achieving their objectives through strategic initiatives. She has held public relations roles with a leading Fortune 500 property developer and has undertaken corporate responsibilities at one of the largest hotel groups in Hong Kong. Her experience covered corporate communications, product promotion, media relations and crisis communication.
 
Moreover, Beata has led successful public affairs campaigns for HKSAR government bodies, major corporate names in the pharmaceutical and construction sectors, as well as related NGOs. Her work has included the formulation of strategic plans and roadmaps for government lobbying and stakeholder engagement initiatives. She provides strategic counsel to corporations and public institutions, guiding planning and activities in a dynamic and evolving landscape.
 
In her earlier client portfolio, Beata focused for more than 10 years on high-end international luxury brands, FMCG, food and beverage, and NGO accounts.
 
She combines substantial experience in marketing communications and public affairs and has served as a part-time lecturer at various tertiary institutions since 2019.
 
In addition to her bachelor’s degree in translation from Hong Kong Baptist University, Beata obtained a master’s degree in marketing from the Edinburgh Napier University. She speaks fluent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
