Adeline is the CEO and founder of AAL INNOVATION LTD, Hong Kong’s first AI startup dedicated to integrating and upskilling artificial intelligence into the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry in APAC and UAE. An NEC4 ECC PMA licensed architect (ARB UK RIBA), with more than a decade of experience in consultancy, academia, project management and entrepreneurship, Adeline combines deep industry knowledge with a forward-thinking vision to revolutionize project delivery. Driven by her expertise in AI's transformative potential, she leads a team of 12 professionals to address critical inefficiencies in project management, tender processes, and contract administration—future-proofing the industry from the ground up, ranging from computational animation to AI for energy industries. She and her team focus on transforming enterprises and individuals through professional training.
 
A recognized thought leader on technology in the built environment, Adeline's presentations dissect the intersection of modern contractual frameworks and AI-driven innovation. She has been a frequent invited speaker and trainer at prestigious institutions like the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA), Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), Housing Authority (HA), the Department of Architecture at The University of Hong Kong (HKU), and the Department of Architecture at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), where she challenges industry norms and promotes tangible AI solutions for enhancing productivity, managing risk, and ensuring project certainty. Outside of Hong Kong, her team had reached overseas to make an impact in Abu Dhabi, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and Japan.
 
Adeline’s leadership at AAL INNOVATION centers on developing AI tools that target the entire project lifecycle as well as AI in human resources management.
 
In addition to her professional endeavors, Adeline actively builds and educates the professional community on technological adoption. She co-organizes MCAI, a 450-member network fostering collaboration on AI applications. Her mission is clear: to challenge the status quo and lead the AEC industry into a more innovative and sustainable future where contractual collaboration and technological advancement are seamlessly integrated.
