Harry is Founder and Executive Director, Smark Global (Holdings) Limited. He graduated from the Department of Electronic Commerce at City University of Hong Kong and later earned a Master’s degree in Knowledge Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. With over 20 years of experience in information technology, e-commerce, sales, and management, he possesses a distinctive vision for contemporary business models.

In 2013, he led his in-house IT team to develop the “wCommerce” retail and online store system, which received the Hong Kong ICT Award, advancing marketing processes for the local retail sector. In 2016, his team won the Best Mobile Application Award, introducing innovative mobile solutions for the global luxury hotel industry.

In addition to his expertise in sales and retail management, Lui is proficient in information technology and online promotion strategies. In recent years, he has actively promoted automated marketing solutions in collaboration with major organisations, driving cross-border e-commerce ventures that generated substantial revenue. In 2021, he obtained multiple Amazon operation certifications and launched the Business Absolute Advantage YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@wcommerce), which now has over 7,000 subscribers.

His current focus includes the application of AI and big data analytics in product sales analysis and development. He has expanded his business footprint across Asia, establishing a new technology training centre in Hong Kong, developing five resorts in Tokyo, Japan, and building an AI-driven automated financial trading team in Taiwan.
