Natalie Chan (Graduated in 2014)

Natalie Chan is a graduate of the class of 2014 from Hong Kong Shue Yan University. Driven by a passion for storytelling, Natalie cut her teeth as an intern reporter at TVB News in 2013, honing her craft and developing a keen eye for news reporting. Upon completing her studies, she seamlessly transitioned into a full-time reporter role at TVB News, where she served until 2019. During this period, she focused on covering news about education and political fields and also took on the role of a correspondent, covering news assignments in Beijing and Guangzhou for about three months every year, including the 19th CPC, NPC and CPPCC.
 
In 2020, Natalie's professional journey took an intriguing turn as she transitioned into the field of Corporate Communications, joining a statutory body, the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Professional Qualifications (HKCAAVQ) as the Assistant Executive Manager of Corporate Communications. At HKCAAVQ, Natalie's responsibilities included crisis management, formulating and implementing internal and external communication plans, event planning and promotion, preparing publications, media monitoring and pitching, as well as supporting special projects.
 
Natalie's quest for personal and professional growth continues and in 2022, she proudly added a Master of Arts in the field of Translation (MAT) from the University of Hong Kong to her academic achievements, further expanding her versatility and expertise. In the same year, she was promoted to the role of Executive Manager of Corporate Communications of HKCAAVQ, where she continued to support the Secretariat and Council of HKCAAVQ.

"The opportunities I was afforded at Hong Kong Shue Yan University were instrumental in shaping my career trajectory," Natalie reflects. "The vibrant learning environment, the guidance and support of my professors and tutors, and the practical, industry-focused programs all played a crucial role in equipping me with the skills and confidence to navigate the evolving media landscape and ultimately transition into the realm of corporate communications. I am truly grateful for the transformative experience I had at the university."
 
 
陳逸思（2014年畢業生）
 
陳逸思為2014年香港樹仁大學新聞與傳播學系畢業生。熱衷於電視新聞的她，2013年於無綫新聞擔任實習記者，培育新聞興趣及觸覺。完成學業後，她順利轉職為無綫新聞全職記者，主力報導教育及政治新聞。陳期後獲公司委派分別駐北京及廣州，包括採訪十九大、全國人大和政協會議等。2019年初晉升為高級記者。
 
翌年她轉投企業傳訊界，加入法定機構－香港學術及職業資歷評審局（評審局）擔任助理行政經理（企業傳訊）。她的職責包括危機管理、制定和實施內外部傳訊計劃、活動策劃和推廣、傳媒聯絡、編製出版物以及支援特別項目等。
 
2022年她取得香港大學翻譯文科碩士學位，進一步擴展多元技能和專業知識。同年被擢升為行政經理（企業傳訊），繼續為評審局秘書處及大會服務。
