About the graduation exhibition

The Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Media Design and Immersive Technology (BA-MDIT) Programme, hosted by the Department of Journalism and Communication at Hong Kong Shue Yan University since 2021, is a theory-cum-practice-based undergraduate degree programme that aims to nurture students with extensive knowledge of the principles of media design, up-to-date professional knowledge and techniques in immersive technologies, and an understanding of the processes engaged in the creative industries.
This year “2025” marks the debut of the Graduation Exhibition, which showcases the creative works of the first batch of BA-MDIT graduates in virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR) content, and other areas in the innovation and technology industry.
The theme of the exhibition is “Reimagine”, leading visitors to re-create aspects of our life in health, culture, and environment with immersive technology.
