The Department of Journalism and Communication is pleased to announce the completion of the HKCAAVQ’s Learning Programme Accreditation for the Master of Arts in Creative Media and Cultural Innovation (創意媒體與文化創新文學碩士) (MA-CMCI) on 25 and 27 August 2026.

With reference to the panel’s recommendations in the HKCAAVQ Interim Report, the MA-CMCI can be offered, with a clean pass, as an accredited programme of the QF standard at Level 6. The Department looks forward to receiving the full accreditation report from the HKCAAVQ.

The MA-CMCI is an Interdisciplinary Taught Master Programme hosted by the Department of Journalism and Communication, under the primary area of study “A10 Mass Media and Communications, Journalism and Public Relations” and with the collaborative support from the Department of Chinese Language and Literature.
