In the July edition of SYUJC Newsletter, JC alumni of 2006 Calvin Lam, who now also serves as the consultant of SYUJC Radio, recounted his experiences as a student and how the professional training in journalism and mass communication equipped him into an illustrious career. Today a renowned host of commercial and charity events, Calvin said his story is a vivid demonstration of how enjoying university life, as well as studying hard, are keys to realizing one’s dreams. The newsletter also covered the summer events of the Department’s academic research projects.
