JC Academic Staff Summer Retreat 2023

Our academic staff joined together on 29 August for a summer retreat to connect and refresh ahead of the new semester. They also took the opportunity to review the department’s strategic plans after a satisfactory intake this summer. The university’s senior management, including Deputy President Dr. Hu Fai-chung and Senior Vice President Professor Catherine Sun attended the event and expressed gratitude to staff commitment to the University’s vision of digital humanities. They were joined by Senior Academic Vice President Professor Selina Chan, Vice President (University Administration) Professor Cheung Siu-keung, Associate Academic Vice President (University Research) Dr. Alex Li and Acting Associate Academic Vice President (Teaching & Learning Development) Dr. Jason Chow who elaborated on the University’s directions in teaching, research and facilities management.
