Miss Fanny Liao
Fanny Liao is Director of the Strategic Communications Center at Tencent, where she works at the intersection of technology, policy and public narrative. Her focus spans AI-driven industrial empowerment, AI ethics and governance, the global reach of digital culture, and cross-cultural collaboration across industry, academia and research. She has led high-level dialogue platforms including the Frontier Tech Innovation Forum and the Greater Bay Area Digital Culture Forum, and regularly shares Tencent's perspective on AI empowering traditional industries, AI talent development, and cross-cultural digital communication.
