Dr.Ho Nga Lei, Lily
Dr. Ho Nga lai, a specialist in psychiatry, graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is currently an Honorary Clinical Assistant Professor at CUHK’s Faculty of Medicine and the founder of “Blossom Clinic”, focusing on the treatment of mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, and ADHD.
In addition to her clinical work, she is actively involved in health education. She is now a host of the RTHK programme “Healthpedia”, dedicated to enhancing public awareness of health and well being.
Ms.Wu Yi Tyng, Queenie
Wu Yi Tyng, Queenie, is the Vice President of Now TV News and Business Information. She has over 30 years of experience in media, including Television Broadcasting (TVB), Asia Television (ATV), and Now TV News. She began her career as a frontline reporter and steadily rose through the ranks to become part of the news management team. Dedicated to cultivating journalistic talent, she served as a "principal" for intern journalists for many years, transforming journalistic theory into a practical training system, guiding the next generation of journalists to gain a professional perspective on social dynamics and promoting the development of the industry through the spirit of journalistic professionalism.

何雅莉醫生
精神科專科醫生何雅莉醫生，畢業於香港中文大學醫學院，現任中大醫學院名譽臨床助理教授，並創辦寧心醫療，專注診治抑鬱症、焦慮症及過度活躍症等精神疾病。除了臨床工作，她亦積極推動健康教育，現為香港電台《精靈一點》節目主持人，致力提升大眾的健康認知。
吳宜婷女士
吳宜婷現職 Now TV新聞及財經資訊副總裁，擁有逾 30 年的媒體工作經驗，曾任職於無綫電視（TVB）、亞洲電視（ATV）及 Now 新聞台。她由前線記者起步，逐步晉升至新聞部管理層，期間曾擔任節目編導、新聞記者及財經記者。
多年來，她致力培育新聞人才，長期擔任電視台實習記者的「校長」，將新聞理論轉化為實務訓練體系，引導新一代記者建立專業的社會觀察視角，並以新聞專業精神推動傳媒行業發展。
