Joseph is currently the Head of Corporate Communications at Dah Chong Hong Holdings Limited.  Prior joining DCH, Joseph has over 20 years of experience in corporate strategies development, advocacy campaigns, public policies research studies, stakeholders engagement & mobilization, crisis and media management in different context.  Joseph graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Social Science. He also holds a Master of Business Administration in Public Service from the University of Birmingham and obtained his Master of Public Administration in the University of Hong Kong.
