Carol, a seasoned PR and marketing professional with 12+ years of experience, excels in driving communication campaigns and strategic marketing plans for non-profits, SMEs, and multinationals. She served as Executive Manager at the UNESCO Hong Kong Association and as a PR & Events Lecturer at the Vocational Training Council. Appointed UN Affairs & External Relations Commissioner for Asia and the Pacific by Junior Chamber International, she attended the Global Partnership Summit in New York, sparking her interest in UN SDGs. Founder of iNNOVGoals Limited, Carol is the first Certified 2030 SDGs Game Facilitator in Hong Kong, a Certified ESG Planner (CEP®️), and a GRI Certified Sustainability Professional. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from the University of Alberta, a Postgraduate in Public Relations, and an Executive Certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility.

講者冼敬雯小姐個人簡介：
Kelly是Urban Air Design的創辦人之一，擁有20年品牌形象及設計的市場經驗。她獲得設計策略碩士學位、經濟學學士學位，以及各專業文憑資格，包括數碼科技及市場管理、廣告設計、企業可持續性管理、UIUX設計和劍橋大學商業可持續性管理專業認證的文憑。作為擁有GRI專業認証的從業員，Kelly一直致力推動可持續品牌和企業傳訊工作。在她領導下，Urban Air團隊與企業客戶建立長期合作夥伴關係，並為客戶提供專業、優質及多元化的服務方案，例如可持續性報告製作、與持分者互動的相關活動等，其中主要客戶包括港鐵公司、太古可口可樂公司、周大福和維他奶等知名企業。Kelly在創意和管理角度上的經驗和領導能力提升了服務專案的效果。
講者楊嘉樂小姐個人簡介：
Carol 是一位經驗豐富的公共關係和營銷專家，擁有12年以上的經驗，在非營利機構、中小企業和跨國公司負責企業傳訊、特別活動及市場營銷。除了在跨國企業和公關公司工作外，她曾擔任聯合國教科文組織香港協會的執行經理，以及香港職業訓練局的公共關係和活動講師。她被由國際青年商會聯合國事務及亞太區對外事務關係專員。她曾參加在紐約聯合國總部舉辦的全球夥伴峰會，引發了她對聯合國可持續發展目標的濃厚興趣。Carol創立了自己的公司iNNOVGoals Limited，致力於可持續教育和ESG培訓。她是香港首位獲得2030 SDGs Game認證遊戲引導師、認證ESG策劃師 (CEP®️) 和GRI認證可持續專業人士。她畢業於加拿大阿爾伯塔大學，以優異成績取得商業學士學位，並獲得公共關係深造文憑和企業社會責任行政證書。
