Mr. Benson Luk

Mr. Benson Luk is a newly-elected legislator from the Business and Professionals Alliance for Hong Kong. He is also the Chief Strategy Officer of the Chairman’s Office at Lai Sun Group. He currently holds various positions in public office and business groups, including the member of the Financial Services Development Council, Vice Chairman of the Economic Policy Committee (HKGCC), and the member of the Chinese Association of Hong Kong and Macau Studies.

Mr. Luk has been serving the public since the age of 21 and has been a member of the District Fire Safety Committee (Sha Tin District) and Lantau Development Advisory Committee for six years. In 2015,  he founded the youth think-tank “GeNext” with his wife, Cathy Hung Yee-man, and served as the convenor. The think-tank seeks to bring together young professionals interested in policy research and lobbying. 

Mr. Luk is also a registered runner of the Hong Kong Association of Athletics Affiliates (HKAAA) and International Trail Running Association (ITRA) and has participated in numerous local and overseas races.

陸瀚民先生

陸瀚民先生，現任立法會議員，經民聯成員﹔亦為麗新集團主席辦公室首席策略官。他亦為金融發展局小組委員、香港總商會經濟政策委員會副主席，及全國港澳研究會會員。

陸先生於2015年與太太洪綺敏和一群年青專業人士創辦智庫組織「為正策士」並出任召集人，透過社會實驗項目《策掂》系列，匯聚對政策研究及政策遊說有熱誠的青年人。陸先生由21歲開始擔任公職，曾任包括﹕6年沙田區防火委員會委員、6年大嶼山發展諮詢委員會小組委員等。陸先生業餘專注長途越野跑及馬拉松，是香港田徑總會註冊運動員、國際越野跑協會註冊跑手，有參與本地及海外賽事。
