Eiswein Wong started his first business as a production house which specialises in events and video editing back in 2013 when he was studying Journalism & Mass Communications Year 2 in HKSYU. Hence, he was dedicated in writing academic papers and had published more than 7+ thesis, and attended Fukuoka’s International Communication Association 2016 Annual Conference for his full paper presentation about “Exploring Relationship between Online Social Support and Individual Online Subjective Well­being among Young Adults".

With 6 years’ experience in business development, marketing and public relations, Eiswein helped over 100 clients to plan and execute PR and Marketing strategies, especially for startups and SMEs, with now also serving multi-national financial institutions.

With accumulated knowledge and visionary insights, Eiswein founded Start PR in late 2018 and successfully promoted the "A La Carte" PR ideology to the market. In year 2019, Start PR had been acquired by the HK-based marketing services group- The Bees Group as its first PR Agency in the Group, which makes Eiswein and his partner the second youngest and youngest director within the group.
